OLYMPIC ARCHERY TEAM STAFF ACCEPTED BY USOC
USA Archery
March 3, 2008 – Colorado Springs, Colo.
The USOC Team Selection Working Group has accepted USA Archery's nominations for Head Coach,
Assistant Coach, Team Leader, Replacement Head Coach, Replacement Assistant Coach and
Replacement Team Leader for the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. The acceptance is pending final
approval by the USOC Board of Directors.

Assistant Coach (Men and Women) Don Rabska
Team Leader (Men and Women) Tom Parrish
Replacement Head Coach (Men and Women) Don Rabska
Replacement Assistant Coach (Men and Women) Mike Usherenko
Replacement Team Leader (Men and Women) Frank Thomas
Note that “replacement” staff will only be accredited to attend the Games in the event that the approved
staff person is unable to continue in their duties.
KiSik Lee is the National Head Coach for USA Archery and for the Resident Athlete Program located at
the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, Calif. Coach Lee is recognized as the most successful
Olympic archery coach in history.
Don Rabska is the executive director of the Easton Sports Development Foundation and has served for
many years as chairman of the Technical Committee of FITA (the International Archery Federation).
Tom Parrish is the High Performance Manager for USA Archery, currently living in Pullman, Wash., and
soon to be relocating to Chula Vista, California in June of this year.
The three individuals mentioned above have, for the past 2 years, worked together as the “High
Performance Team” for USA Archery. Each of them has over 25 years experience in the sport of target
archery, including many years experience with international target archery at the highest levels.
IMPORTANT:
Please note that the USOC's accreditation allotment is based on the size of the team the U.S.A. fields at
the Games and is not determined until the final team entry is submitted (for all U.S. Team Members). As
a result, the credential allocation for Archery could increase or decrease based on final USOC credential
allocation and team size.
