WORK PARTY FOR FIELD PREPARATION: On April 17 and May 1 (both Saturdays), there will be a work party - enjoy a nice day out-n-about. B-B-Q lunch at Austin's in Eagle Lake. Bring your favorite weapon(firearm). We work awhile, then play awhile. Contact Rick Stonebraker for details if you are interested and he needs a head count of those attending.
FINAL FIELD PREP is Thurs May 6th and Friday, May 7th. Always appreciate help setting up the target stakes on Thurs and the matts on the day before the event.
Management has notified us that NO PETS are allowed in the premises, including dogs! Please honor this regulation for the safety of the ranch animals!
NOTE: 4-wheel vehicles: Due to the huge volume of ATVs last year, this will be limited this year. Contact the Tournament Director (Rick Stonebraker) concerning this issue. IF YOU MUST have an ATV accompanying your group, that ATV will stay with your group, no running back-n-forth unless an emergency. ATV’s are not to carry an archer or their equipment unless actually disabled, SR. citizen, etc.

WARNING
The field has been altered to be more exciting and will have fewer if any plain old flat targets. Wear ankle supporting hiking shoes and be prepared for a walk of about 1 1/2 miles for the course. Get some exercise in early and walk some stairs or hills if possible. The course is challenging and more so than in previous years.
NOTE: When entering or exiting the high fence gate, please wait until the gate starts to close before continuing to keep the exotic game animals from escaping. Management would be highly appreciative!
